• Technology demonstration and monitoring of improved cookstoves/combustors at selected sites for domestic, institutional and industrial end uses in the state of Punjab.
• Municipal Solid Waste – biohydrogen (collaboration with IISc) by oxy-steam gasification.
• Fuel – paddy based pellets, addressing the issue of alkali and chlorine – power plants.
• Expert inputs as Sub-Committee member under SAMARTH Mission of MOP.

• Pyrolysis and HTL of lignocellulosic, Biochar/Activated carbons.
• Activated carbon to graphene – biomaterial for fuel cell, Supercapacitor.

Pilot scale demonstration of Enriched Biogas (bioCNG), Bio-Hydrogen, Bio-chemicals

• (bio-refinery) and state-of-the-art biogas testing and certification laboratory.
